Hustla 2.4
Capture Anywhere on your Mac
Press ⌃⌥Space in any app and the Capture Anywhere panel floats over whatever you’re doing. Your Hustla window stays closed. Pick Today, Next, or Someday (or press ⌘1, ⌘2, ⌘3), type, hit Return, and the panel turns into a quick “Added to Next.” you can jump to with Show. Esc clears what you typed; press it again to close. Click away mid-thought and your draft waits for the next press. Change the shortcut in Settings › General. “+ New To-Do” in the menu bar opens it too. Hustla Pro.
Your Mac, keyboard first
Select a to-do with a click or the arrow keys, ← and → jump between cards, and the new To-Do menu does the rest: ⇧⌘C to check it off, ⌥⇧⌘C for In Progress, Return to edit, ⇧⌘R for a reminder, ⌥⌘1–3 to move it, ⌘D to duplicate, ⌘C to copy, ⌘⌫ to delete. Undo and Redo now go back as many steps as you need.
Start a to-do already in motion
Tap the checkbox while you’re creating a to-do to mark it In Progress or done, and it lands on your card exactly like that.
Fixes
Swiping between Today, Next, and Someday on iPhone works from anywhere on the card again, not just near the edges. On the Mac, the Undo in a “deleted” or “moved” toast steps aside as soon as you do something newer, so it can never undo the wrong change.
Hustla 2.3
Archive right away
Turn on Archive Immediately in Settings › Completed To-Dos (on the Mac, Settings › To-Dos) and finished to-dos head to the Archive a moment after you check them off, instead of waiting until midnight. Your Today card stays clean all day. Hustla Pro.
Bring to-dos back from the Archive
Changed your mind? Uncheck an archived to-do, in the list or in its preview, and it goes straight back to the card it came from, notes and reminder included. If the reminder is still ahead, it’ll fire.
Drag long lists
Reordering a long card no longer means drop, scroll, pick up again. Hold a to-do near the top or bottom edge and the list scrolls with you. On the Mac, your scroll wheel or trackpad works while you’re holding it too.
A roomier editor
Long titles show in full while you type. Long notes scroll inside the editor instead of pushing it under the keyboard, and scrolling them no longer swipes the editor closed. Titles now top out at 100 characters.
Small stuff
Paste works again in the notes field on iPhone and iPad. Archived notes wrap properly and show in full. The notes icon now sits before the reminder icon on your cards. On the Mac, notes no longer wobble sideways when you swipe.
Hustla 2.2.2
Sync you can count on
We fixed the syncing problem between devices that some of you ran into. Plus another round of iCloud safety checks: when the same to-do shows up twice, your latest edits win. Hustla waits for syncing to settle before it tidies up or runs the daily Auto-Move. And your on-device backup can never overwrite to-dos you already have.
Auto-Move works offline
The daily sweep now runs from what’s on your device, so your cards get sorted even without a connection, and it never overwrites changes you made somewhere else.
Small stuff
Clearer iCloud error details in your iCloud sync settings. Setting up a new device no longer gets stuck when iCloud blocks the restore.
Hustla 2.2.1
Steadier saving
Adding, editing, completing, and moving to-dos, in the app or with Siri, now saves completely before anything else happens, so a hiccup can’t leave a change half-done. If a save fails, your draft stays right where it was.
Siri and Smart Quick-Add fixes
Siri is more careful with similarly named reminders and can update an existing one even at the free limit. Smart Quick-Add reads a date next to a time correctly and never saves an outdated suggestion.
Small stuff
Undoing a delete brings its reminder back. Reminders changed on another device no longer go off at the old time. Dragging between cards is steadier, and iCloud Sync settings now show the last sync error.
Hustla 2.2
Hustla now runs on Apple Intelligence
On iPhone, iPad, and Mac with Apple Intelligence, Hustla understands what you type and say the way you’d say it to a person. Smart Quick-Add reads looser phrasing, and Siri picks the to-do you meant when your wording is close but not exact. All of it runs on-device. Nothing leaves your phone or Mac.
Just type it. Hustla does the rest
Type “dentist Friday 3pm” and it becomes “Dentist” with a reminder Friday at 3:00 PM, on the right card, before you even hit Save. Weekdays, “tomorrow morning”, “in 2 weeks”, “eod”, plain times, all understood. Add “next:” or “someday:” and the to-do lands on that card. Not what you meant? Tap Keep as typed. Free for everyone, on by default, with an off switch in Settings.
Siri finds the to-do you meant
Say “call Anna” and Siri finds “Call Ana”. Filler words, typos, and slightly different wording no longer trip it up. Adding by voice uses Smart Quick-Add too, so “add dentist Friday at 3 to Hustla” sets the reminder and tells you what it assumed.
More ways to say it
Push, bring, send, or put a to-do onto another card. “Update the notes on X in Hustla.” “Mark X as started.” Ask “What’s next in Hustla” to hear your first open Today to-do. Siri’s confirmations now quote the to-do and say exactly what changed, and Siri learns from what you do in the app to suggest shortcuts.

Hustla 2.1
Reminders now pull their weight
Turn on Bring Reminders to Today in Auto-Move and any to-do on Next or Someday with a reminder due today slides onto your Today card during the overnight sweep — so it’s in front of you before the reminder goes off. Hustla Pro.
The sweep now runs overnight on iPhone and iPad
Auto-Move used to wait for you to open the app. Now it does its thing while you sleep, so your Today card, widgets, and badge are already sorted when you wake up. (Needs Background App Refresh on.)
The morning summary shows the full story
To-dos brought to Today by a reminder get their own section at the top, right above the usual Today → Next and Next → Someday moves.
Small stuff
Setting a reminder that moves a to-do to a different card now says so before you save — in every direction, not just forward.
Hustla 2.0
Hustla is now on your Mac
The same three lists — Today, Next, Someday — now living on your desktop. Built native for macOS: keyboard shortcuts for everything, drag & drop between lists, right-click menus, hover tooltips, a widget for your desktop, and a menu-bar app for Today’s quick view. One purchase unlocks Pro on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
iCloud keeps all three in sync. Add it on your phone, and it’s on your Mac before you sit down.
Syncing got seriously better
Reminders now fire on every device, no matter where you set them. Widgets refresh moments after you check something off on another device. Your to-dos, everywhere, always current.
Sharper looks
Polished buttons, cleaner shadows, smoother modals, and a refined icon set across all apps. Small details, big difference.
Under the hood
Faster archive, smarter auto-move that never double-sweeps, and a pile of fixes you’ll never notice — which is the point.
