Hustla is built with privacy as a core principle. We believe your to-dos and personal information belong to you. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when you use the Hustla app ("the App").
2. Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data. Your to-dos, notes, lists, and preferences stay on your device and are never sent to our servers. We have no servers that receive your data.
3. Local Storage
All your data is stored locally on your device. This includes your to-dos, notes, categories, preferences, and any customizations you make within the App.
4. iCloud Sync
If you enable iCloud sync, your data is synced across your devices using Apple's iCloud service. This data is managed entirely by Apple and subject to Apple's privacy policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
5. Analytics and Tracking
Hustla does not include any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. We do not track your usage, behavior, or any other activity within the App.
6. Subscriptions
Hustla subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. Payment information is handled by Apple and is not accessible to us. We only receive anonymized transaction confirmations.
7. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. The only external service used is Apple's iCloud for optional data syncing.
8. Children's Privacy
Hustla does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect any personal data from any users, the App is safe for all ages.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
